Venture Niagara staff meet with loan applicants
to learn more about the business and its principals.
Reviewing and assessing business plans and loan applications, staff may require additional information prior to presentations and recommendations to the Business Development Committee. The Committe has final approval of loan applications. Members generally meet once per month.
Venture Niagara staff continues to monitor clients' business actvities on a regular basis.
